Un peu de contexte… 

Exeko est un organisme d’innovation sociale, basé à Montréal depuis 2006. Nous utilisons la créativité intellectuelle et artistique au service d’une transformation sociale inclusive et émancipatrice. Notre approche reconnaît avant tout le potentiel de chacun et chacune à réfléchir, analyser, agir, créer et être partie prenante de la société, quels que soient sa situation ou son parcours : nous présumons l’égalité des intelligences.  Nous employons à la fois des approches pratiques de médiation intellectuelle et culturelle, et des approches systémiques inspirées de l’innovation sociale, comme moteurs de transformation sociale, afin d’agir positivement sur la société, individuellement et collectivement : émancipation intellectuelle, prévention de l'exclusion (itinérance, crime, suicide, toxicomanie), participation citoyenne et culturelle, inter-reconnaissance, renforcement identitaire, persévérance scolaire, etc.

À propos du poste 

Sous la supervision du chargé de l’administration, et en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe entière (projets, communication, etc.), la personne en poste a pour objectif principal d’apporter un support aux différentes activités de l’organisme pendant l’été 2020, en ces temps d’exceptions. Ses mandats, réalisable à 100% en télétravail, comprennent : Une assistance dans la virtualisation de nos activités, la documentation de certains programmes ainsi que la participation active aux communications de l’organisation. 

C’est un rôle transversal qui touche directement à toutes les activités de l’organisation, avant, pendant et après leur déploiement. La personne aura donc l’opportunité de collaborer avec toutes les équipes au sein de l’organisation, de participer au développement de certaines actions, de concevoir des solutions innovantes, et de travailler quotidiennement avec une grande diversité de personnes.

Principales tâches et responsabilités 

Aider à la coordination des activités estivales du pôle projets « Ville Inclusive »

  • Faire le lien entre les besoins des projets et les différents intervenant.e.s d’une action de médiation (médiateur.trice, partenaire, membre de l’équipe bureau, etc.) ;
  • Dresser l’inventaire des besoins de matériel, passer les commandes et en faire le suivi ;
  • Aider à la documentation des actions et des projets.

Supporter l’implantation d’outils en virtualisation

  • S’impliquer dans l’implantation d’outils de virtualisation ;
  • Assister les équipes terrain dans l’utilisation des outils ;
  • Occasionnellement, participer à la régie des activités virtuelles.

Soutenir les opérations administratives pendant l’été

  • Participer à l’archivage électronique des documents ;
  • Organiser les espaces d’entreposage en utilisant des méthodes efficientes ;
  • Occasionnellement, participer à l’entrée de données administrative.

Soutenir les communications digitales

  • Documenter les activités de terrain d’Exeko sous forme d’articles de blogue ;
  • Animer les réseaux sociaux ;
  • Participer à la recherche de contenus pour les réseaux sociaux.
  • Mettre à jour le site web, le calendrier en ligne et le blog.

En somme, une personne qui saura à la fois apporter ses couleurs dans notre équipe de passionné.e.s et trouver la place où elle pourra s’épanouir et se développer autant que possible.

Éducation 

  • En voie de terminer son DEC ou aux études au BAC en communications, gestion des médias sociaux, design graphique ou toutes autres combinaisons pertinentes pour  le poste.

Expérience professionnelle

  • 1 à 3 ans d’expérience de travail pertinente
  • bonne connaissance des milieux dans lesquels œuvre l’organisme (un atout)
  • connaissance des réalités des OBNL et organismes de bienfaisance (un atout).                                

Langues

  • Excellente maîtrise du français, avec d’excellentes habiletés de rédaction
  • Anglais oral et écrit (partenaires dans tout le Canada)

 

TI

  • Très bonne connaissance de base des outils de bureautique (ex: Suite office ou Google)
  • Grande adaptabilité à de nouveaux outils de collaboration

Autres

  • Avoir entre 15 et 30 ans au premier jour travaillé.
  • Excellente capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
  • Excellent sens de l’organisation
  • Créativité et ouverture d’esprit 
  • Autonomie de travail et aptitude à travailler en équipe

Entrée en fonction à partir du 15 juillet 2020.

Emploi d’été pour les jeunes de 15 ans à 30 ans – Contrat de 8 semaines

Temps plein de 34h par semaine

Rémunération selon la politique salariale en vigueur, et selon l’expérience et le profil de la personne retenue, dans une fourchette entre 15$/h et 17$/h.
