Une cohorte toute neuve de médiateurs pour 2015!

En ce début d'année 2015, Exeko a le plaisir d'accueillir dans ses rangs une belle cohorte de nouveaux médiateurs en soutien à l'équipe en place! Venus d'horizons divers, ils mettront leur créativité et leurs expériences dans les domaines du cirque, de l'opéra, de la philosophie, de l'histoire de l'art, du théâtre, de la danse, et bien d'autres, au service de l'inclusion et de la transformation sociale.

 

Spécificité de cette cohorte toute neuve, chacun à sa manière, ces nouveaux médiateurs ont déjà touché à la médiation intellectuelle, à travers les projets d'Exeko. En s'impliquant des dernières années sur des programmes comme Trickster, idAction, idAction mobile, et dans la réflexion sur le contenu théorique des projets d'Exeko, ils ont déjà construit petit à petit un lien particulier avec l'organisme.

C'est donc cette joyeuse troupe dans toute sa diversité qui a été réunie début janvier pour une formation à l'approche théorique et pratique d'Exeko. L'enjeu? Sans aplanir leurs belles différences, rassembler ces philosophes, ces artistes, pour qu'ils aient une base commune de la médiation intellectuelle sur le terrain!

 

Pendant deux jours, Daniel, Maxime et Nadia ont donc transmis leur connaissance et leur expérience de la médiation intellectuelle et échangé avec les futurs médiateurs. Echanges sur l'approche d'Exeko, des concepts clefs, les inspirations de l'organisme, panorama de la complémentarité des acteurs, ont permis de donner du sens à l'action des futurs médiateurs, et de préciser le cadre général dans lequel ils vont travailler. Une formation riche en savoir-faire aussi : des mises en situation dans le cadre de jeux de rôles ont ainsi permis à chacun d'expérimenter un ensemble de techniques de médiation, et de comprendre comment incarner pratiquement l'approche théorique d'Exeko.

C'est maintenant avec enthousiasme que les médiateurs confirmés et expérimentés accueillireront les apprentis médiateurs sur le terrain, pour compléter leur parcours de formation par des observations et ateliers de co-médiation!

 

Chacun avec leur signature toute personnelle, Alessia De Salis, Bruno Gagnon et Cyril Assathiany, tous 3 déjà artistes intervenants confirmés sur le projet Trickster, James Galwey et Simon Chalifoux, bénévoles d'exception devenus apprentismédiateurs, ainsi qu' Arnaud Theurillat Cloutier, et Bianca Laliberté, seront donc bientôt prêts à s'investir comme médiateurs intellectuels chez Exeko, plaçant la créativité et l'innovation au cœur de leur action dans une perspective de transformation sociale... bienvenue à eux!
