À propos de notre organisme

Exeko est un organisme d’innovation sociale, basé à Montréal depuis 2006. Nous utilisons la créativité – l'art et la philosophie – pour l'inclusion sociale des personnes en situation de ou à risque d’exclusion. Notre approche reconnaît avant tout le potentiel de chacun à réfléchir, analyser, agir, créer et être partie prenante de la société, quels que soient sa situation ou son parcours : nous présumons l’égalité des intelligences.

Ces dernières années ont permis à Exeko de faire reconnaître le caractère innovant de ses approches et les impacts tangibles qu’ont générés les quelques 250 projets déjà complétés auprès de près de 10 000 participants en situation d’exclusion ou à risque au Québec et au Canada.

 

Description du poste

Constatant les impacts tangibles de ses actions auprès de personnes marginalisées ou à risque, Exeko s'est engagé pour les 3 prochaines années à favoriser le développement à l’échelle canadienne de son approche atypique, la médiation intellectuelle (MI). Cette pratique philosophique et pédagogique émergente au Québec consiste à créer des situations égalitaires de réflexion.

Nous développons actuellement différentes actions en partenariat avec l’UQAM telle qu’une école de printemps en médiation intellectuelle, un nouveau programme de bourses, des communautés de pratique et d’intérêt. C’est tout particulièrement pour apporter un soutien à la mise en place de l’école au printemps 2016 que nous recherchons un étudiant.

Sous la coordination du comité de direction de l’école, et sous la supervision plus directe du chargé de projet Exeko et du chargé de cours de l’UQAM, le mandat de stage est le suivant :

  • Soutenir la gestion du projet d’école (prévue pour le printemps 2016)
  • Participer aux réunions de projet et à l’École de printemps
  • Collaborer à la réalisation des documents et outils intervenants dans la gestion quotidienne du projet
  • Appuyer la création d’outils de communications et favoriser la mobilisation de la communauté scientifique, étudiante et communautaire
  • Accomplir toute autre tâche connexe.
