Contexte

Exeko (exeko.org) est un organisme d’innovation sociale, basé à Montréal depuis 2006. Nous y utilisons la créativité - l'art et la philosophie - au service d’une transformation sociale inclusive et émancipatrice. Notre approche reconnaît avant tout le potentiel de chacun.e à réfléchir, analyser, agir, créer et être partie prenante de la société, quels que soient sa situation ou son parcours : nous présumons l’égalité des intelligences.  Nous employons à la fois des approches pratiques de médiation intellectuelle, sociale et culturelle, et des approches systémiques inspirées de l’innovation sociale, comme moteurs de transformation sociale, afin d’agir positivement sur la société. De Nutashkuan à Montréal, en passant par le Nunavik et autres régions du Québec et du Canada, nous développons, déployons et opérons annuellement des dizaines de projets: programmes établis, laboratoires d’innovation sociale, projets spéciaux, R&D social, transfert de savoirs, etc.. 

Notre équipe rassemble une trentaine de membres permanents et une large communauté de bénévoles, soit autant de personnes passionné.e.s et engagé.e.s aux profils et parcours de vie divers et variés: créatifs, philosophes, sociologues, gestionnaires, etc.

Notre modèle organisationnel est tel que l’administration et les opérations sont à la fois endossées par une équipe experte dédiée et décentralisées au sein d’équipes projets autonomes ; les opérations des programmes et projets étant sous la responsabilités des équipes projets. Politiques, processus, outils et façons de faire ont été développés et implantés au fil des années, facilitant une gestion au service de la mission dans un contexte où la collaboration, l’innovation et le changement sont des réalités quotidiennes.

Les prochaines années promettent de faire converger consolidation et changement d’échelle. Dans ce contexte, nous souhaitons accueillir une direction des opérations/administration dont les principaux défis seront d’orchestrer et diriger l’administration, supporter les opérations des programmes, s’approprier les façons de faire en place pour les bonifier, et contribuer aux réflexions et décisions stratégiques de l’organisme.

Les candidatures issues de groupes de population en situation ou à risque d’exclusion, et habituellement sous représentées seront priorisées.

 

Mandat principal et responsabilités

  • Diriger l’administration générale de l’organisation. S’approprier et challenger les pratiques actuelles. Diriger l’équipe en place (commis comptable, consultant TI, firme comptable externe, etc.). Recruter au besoin pour compléter l’équipe. Orchestrer la gestion de la comptabilité générale, du bureau, des approvisionnements et relations fournisseurs, des engagements juridico-légaux, des TI, etc.
  • Diriger les finances. Designer, suivre et analyser les budgets prévisionnels (organisation et programmes). Accompagner les membres de l’équipe dans leur gestion des finances par programmes. Positionner les finances dans les décisions stratégiques et opérationnelles.
  • Diriger la GRH (gestion des richesses humaines). S’approprier et challenger au besoin les pratiques et politiques en place. Participer au codesign et à l’évolution du modèle organisationnel et aux choix stratégiques de recrutement. Participer au développement des capacités. Outiller et supporter les équipes dans leurs responsabilités de GRH.
  • Diriger les opérations de l’organisme, et soutenir la gestion des opérations des programmes. S’approprier les façons de faire en place et proposer une analyse critique macro sur les opérations de l’organisation et de ses programmes (gestion de projet, approvisionnement, gestion des équipes, l’évaluation des impacts, bénévolat, etc.). Bonifier les pratiques, processus et outils en place et les rendre plus efficients. Participer au développement des capacités des équipes et les outiller.
  • Siéger et participer activement au comité de direction. Participer au codesign, déploiement et suivi des orientations stratégiques de l’organisation.
  • Autres responsabilités connexes selon la désirabilité du/de la candidat.e, et les besoins et opportunités de l’organisme
